Mindfulness is part of my courses and gives greater awareness and insight into yourself. By training your observation of emotions, thoughts and body sensations, you will come to act and respond more consciously.

When you are in hypnosis, you are in a pleasant relaxed state.
Hypnosis is not dangerous and you cannot change anything you do not want. When hypnosis works, it is because you feel safe and because it is you who finds what you want and can use in your life.
