I am a trained psychologist (cand.psych.) from KUA and certified hypnotherapist from The Hypno Academy, have an NLP Practitioner training and am a mindfulness coach.

I am 54 years old and have had autism and ADHD problems close to my life in a family context and therefore also know about it from "the other side of the fence".

I offer both therapy in my clinic located in Dragør - and in certain cases I can come to you - as well as online therapy and coaching via video, telephone, live chat or texting, also at "odd" times of the day. I have many years of experience in love problems, low self-esteem, anxiety and ADHD.
